Description
NEGRI BIO branch chippers are compact and easy to handle, allowing for easy transport and storage. They use the latest technology for optimum performance and are designed for low maintenance.

Power source:
9 models of NEGRI BIO R240 GRINDERS are available in our range, 6 petrol models with electric start, 2 diesel models with electric start and 1 branch breaker that can be operated from the tractor's TLT drive.

The TLT powered version can be connected transversely to the tractor's 3 points, with the branch breaker's feed funnel perpendicular to the TLT.

All models are equipped with a hydraulic feed roller with adjustable speed and direction of rotation, which eliminates the need to manually assist the twigs in their progress for efficient and continuous chopping, as the feed roller feeds the wood according to capacity.
It can be placed on the road:

Within the petrol models, 3 models have a towable, marketable trailer. The trailer can be connected to the towing vehicle's ball hitch by means of an angled coupling head.

More freedom of movement - crawler-mounted branch breakers

The CN-type tracked (rubber-tired) branch chipper with petrol or diesel engine can tackle hills of up to 36%.

OBS control + NOSTRESS:
All models are equipped with an OBS (On Board System - Multifunctional control system) controller, complemented by a NOSTRESS system. The display shows, among other things, the part and total operating hours, the rotor speed and the feed rate. The NOSTRESS system continuously detects the rotation speed of the rotor and interrupts the material feed if necessary, thus avoiding overloading the machine. NOSTRESS 2 provides programmable options for feeding thinner and thicker branches. To make the operator's job easier, possible fault codes can also be read from the controller.

Electric self-starter system:
The electric self-starting system on petrol and diesel models makes the machine easier to operate and provides a comfortable working experience.

When shredding wet or fibrous material, the refining grate can be removed.

Adjustable ejector tube:
The ejector tube can be rotated 270º and the discharge distance is adjustable.

Safety:
By pressing the emergency stop button, dispensing can be stopped immediately.
Pressing the red safety frame around the dispensing opening stops the dispensing immediately.
Bearing lubrication system:

Facilitates maintenance of the machine.

Usage:
Can be used on larger farms to produce compost/mulch by shredding branches from pruning shrubs, fruit trees, hedges.
In forestry and communal areas, to shred tree branches.
The chips can be used instead of pine bark spread on the ground to prevent the spread of weeds and keep the soil moist. The chips are a source of organic nutrients and can be used in compost. Wood chips can be used as fuel in a boiler suitable for firing.
