Flattener:
The so-called "Stone Burier" is the most professional equipment currently known for grass seed preparation. It is the most common type of grass burier. The principle of operation is as follows: - the backward rotating earth-moving mechanism picks up the soil; - the kinetic energy causes the soil to hit a grid of sticks; - the stones cannot pass through the grid, so they "fall off" sooner and are deposited at the bottom; - the soil passes through the grid and, as the machine ploughs on, is deposited on top of the stones already placed below; - finally, the compaction roller compacts the surface; - the upper layers of the cultivated soil thus create an ideal growing surface, ideally suited to receive grass seed. The working depth of the machine is of course adjustable.

Advantages of the single-axis machine mounted levelling machine:
- it can work in areas where a tractor or an earthmoving machine can no longer fit;
- It is orders of magnitude cheaper than a tractor or excavator-mounted leveller;
- it is easy to transport;
