Description
For all known combine types
The OROS CORNADO models are available for all known combine harvester types. The adapters with folding design comply with EU standard traffic regulations.

Wiper unit with knife and ribbed wiper rollers
The wiper unit is equipped with knife and ribbed wiper rollers. By combining the two types, the adapter performs a fast and efficient stem pull. The hexagonal shafts are connected by chain couplings, and the transmission is driven via angular gears and cardan shafts in a closed, maintenance-free system, resulting in low power requirements and reduced fuel consumption. The crushing unit is equipped with aluminium castings to achieve the lowest possible weight. The bucket chain is automatically adjusted. The hardened ram bars can be hydraulically adjusted to any stock.

Outstanding crushing performance
Depending on the maize crop, the OROS CORNADO offers outstanding stalk crushing performance at harvesting speeds of up to 15 km/h, with the ability to crush up to 30-50 mm of maize stalk and leave a stubble height of up to 50 mm. The long-lasting, hardened and tempered stem crusher blades are tungsten carbide coated. The crusher can be switched off per crusher unit and the blades can be easily replaced if necessary.

Minimal eye loss
The plastic covers are designed to minimise grain loss during harvesting. To achieve a smooth crop flow, the row separator tips can be adapted to the current crop.

Overload protection
The drive unit, the in-feed auger and each crusher unit are protected against overload by separate safety switches.

For efficient loading of wet, drooping corn stalks into the adapter.

Designed to minimise tube and grain loss.

The row selector top is available in any combine model colour. The top and side covers are black!
