Description
For sale Claas Dominator 106, almost completely renovated. With grain adapter, table trolley.
After purchase, all filters (oil: gearbox, engine, drive-off, Linde, hydraulic, air, diesel filter) have been changed, also after grain, except filters.
V-belts were all new except for 1 or 2 which I considered good. Got new Linde hoses, both were torn out. I replaced a couple of hydraulic hoses on it that were bad or dripping. The Linde one is perfect. No hanging rib bushing, was greased. The motor is perfect. Mine had a valve leak adjustment with a new gasket. Hydraulic system new pump.
Water reservoir:
Got a new radiator, new water pump, new fabric rubber hoses in the water compartment, and cleaned out the engine block water compartment.
The threshing system:
The thresher drum has been refurbished, new slats, refinished, new bearings on both sides.
Underneath, the grain drum basket is new, 150 ha. Corn basket is good, drum cover plates are in place.
The trailing axle has been re-plated, re-centered, new bearings provided, and all the bearings on the right side of the stepped variator have been replaced from housing and cone. We put a load relieving padlock on it. It has a new thresher belt on it, the variator belt is still perfect, it has not been replaced.
Underneath the ribbed core lifters are new, haven't gone about 200 acres. The cabinet has been put back with new sidewalls. Of course it has also been unlocked, reinforced and re-gasketed on the sides.
The fiber locker has also been stripped out, new sidewalls, re-rubbered, new bottom and top fibers, also 200 ha max that is in there. The moving arms of the fibres have been re-bearing with INA bearings.
The excenter shaft has also been re-bearing.
The collection table above them has been sealed and painted. Provided with new INA bearings.
The sanding chests have been re-bearinged front and rear. The sanding shafts were re-bearinged, except for the single bearing at the right rear. The crates are crack free and in good condition.
There is a front and a rear line of tape rollers. The axles have been re-bearing and have new V-belts.
I bought the axle, I put it on, it has been re-bearinged. His belt was also new, but my adjusting claw broke and chewed the outside of the belt, but it is still usable. It needs a new one.
The pulley: bottom pulley has new INA bearings, new spoon chain and matching bottom and top sprockets. The housing has been unlocked and turned over. Above, which carries the dirt back to the drum, the pulley has also been re-bearinged, new small chain, and re-rubberized. The small shaft has also been re-bearinged.
The lower pulley on the core applicator has also been re-bearinged, and it has also received a new spoon chain and matching lower and upper sprockets. Above, the small shaft has been re-bearinged, and the pulley that carries the crop into the seed hopper has been re-bearinged. The pulley that distributes the seed in the seed hopper has been re-bearinged.

In the engine compartment:
The alternator, starter have been overhauled, re-bearings have been made and the reversing engine on the inclined side has been rebuilt. There, too, new belts are running. New twin pump, new V-belt on there too, no touch ups to the Linde other than the hoses (oil change, filter change of course). No drips, no oil, new Linde belt on there.
The sieve and its small shaft have been re-bearing.
All the chucks on the machine have been re-bearinged.

Air conditioning:
It has a new air conditioning compressor on the engine, used it for a year, it is stripped in the top of the cab, I didn't have time to do it, it was more important to keep it structurally intact. The air conditioner cooler is there, just needs to be cleaned out and tubed.

Locking:
The core tank is unlocked. The inside is locked out next to the fibre lockers. The back has been stiffened for the scavenger, the rotten parts at the top have been unloaded. The plate under the engine is not rotten, the plate under the cab is not rotten.
The tank is dripping, has been drained, has a clean tank. An extra filter has been fitted directly after the tank.
The core tank and engine compartment are not soaked. The drain pulley is perfect, no shakes, no wear. The original shrouds are not galvanized yet, so they are rotted. I got galvanized covers for it, only they are yellow. I have the original covers of course.

The two rear wheels have new bearings, new bronze bushings, new ball joints.
The front and rear tyres are perfect.
Both front tires are tubed.
The gear shifters have new ball joints. The gearbox is flawless, no oil leaks, as is the right downshift, the left just tears.

Electrical system:
New batteries with 3 year warranty in the spring, new paralleling switch, rebuilt starter, and has a spare rebuilt starter for it. It has its tail lights, not shown in the pictures. The gauges are good, only the electronic water temp is on all the time, but the mechanical clock is wired in and the electric is accurate. The tank gauge is also good. It needs some work on electronics. There is no complicated electronics part, but I would not want to deal with it anymore. I can give you a wiring diagram for it. I will give you a factory flasher with it.

Body: The upholstery has come off, but it's all there, no tears, just need to glue it back on. The gauges work, the electric table lift and the boom height adjustment don't work. Factory seat included, good condition.

The grain table on the left side (drive) has been re-bearing. Console pulley received something from previous owner, is bent but works perfectly. The stars on the motolla are rotten, I have 9-10 good stars for it, I don't want to deal with it anymore. New mower rail, new mower blades, new ball joint on the mowers.
The frame is straight, no bending.

Table trolley:
Fortschritt single axle table trolley with good tyres.
Reason for sale: change to a bigger one.
