Description
MECHANICALLY DRIVEN STEM CRUSHER
The FTZ crusher has a robust, double-sided drive and a safety clutch with friction disk to protect the crusher drive. The shaft crusher unit can be retrofitted to existing NAS adapters. The unit is located behind the adapter. Each row is equipped with a conical gear unit with knife-edge holder.

MAXIMUM HARVESTING HEIGHT
Variable stem height

The maximum distance between the sunflower adapter and the stem crusher is 890 mm.
The stubble height is approximately 150 mm with a plant harvesting height of 1020 mm.
Harvesting can be done higher for longer stems.
The horizontal cutterbar can be lifted from the cab as required.
The adapter can be raised or lowered and combined with different stem crusher positions to achieve different harvesting results.

MINIMUM HARVESTING HEIGHT
Variable stem height adjustment

670 mm minimum distance between harvesting adapter and stem crusher.
The harvesting height can be adjusted up to 800 mm. The minimum cutting height also depends on the type of combine.
