Description

This Lumag MD500EK battery powered wheelbarrow with electric tipping function is unique because it is equipped with an electric motor with 48 volt battery. The motor power is 1000 watts. The electric motor combined with the belt drive makes it an extremely universal dump truck/wheelbarrow. The machine is very suitable for transporting a wide range of materials up to 500 kg on various surfaces. For professional use (intensive use) we recommend the MD500EPRO.

Using tyres instead of tracks reduces the load on the surface and makes the machine very manoeuvrable even on hard and soft surfaces. The MD500EK has two rear swivel wheels for easy steering. Stability is further enhanced by a swivelling rear axle. This ensures that your wheelbarrow almost always has 4 wheels touching the ground. The electric motor ensures that noise is kept to a minimum and the machine can be used indoors.

The 48-volt batteries (4 12-volt, 20 Ah capacity) ensure that you can use the machine for up to 4 hours (charging time 12 hours). The machine has an electric tilting function. This allows you to mechanically tilt the tank with a switch. The MD500EK is also equipped with an electromagnetic brake.

The widest point of the machine is 84 cm on the front wheels. The width of the rear wheels is 75 cm. The dimensions of the tipping tank (HxWxD): 1050x720x400 mm. The height of the machine is 90 cm. Maximum load capacity 500 kg. The machine has an empty weight of 215 kg.
