1. More power, less vibration and maintenance
SB breakers operate with nitrogen energy recovery. Thanks to the nitrogen chamber, they generate more force (more than 30%) and less vibration. They do not contain membranes, which reduces maintenance costs.

2. Long life nitrogen charge
In the past, energy-recovery breakers often had to be refilled with nitrogen; with the new sealing system and the connections developed by Freudenberg, they can provide gas densities of more than 300%.

3. Protected tubes
The closed machine housing protects the pipes, making them suitable for any fracture process, especially in tight spaces.

4. Soundproofed machine housing
The special design of the enclosed machine housing and the use of soundproof materials ensure very low noise levels for the crusher.

5. Double safety pin
The locking system with double locking pin allows for a correct and even operation of the tool and ensures a longer life of the entire locking system.

6. Monobloc body without connecting screw
The entire SB series benefits from a unique monobloc design; this feature allows the tool to provide extremely durable lifting power. The breaker is a one-piece design with no connecting screw, increasing efficiency for the customer and reducing the need for maintenance.

The SB series tolerates high back pressure. To facilitate commissioning, the required oil flow calibration range has been extended.

9. The piston moves on a single interchangeable cylinder track and can be easily replaced if necessary without damaging the machine housing.

10. The piston is produced in a special geometry to ensure constant impact energy and to reduce fractures in critical situations.
