Description
The Jansen RD-300 pro crawler dump truck is an extension of the Jansen RD-300 and has a hydraulic high tipping system.

The dumper is also equipped with the new improved 6:2 gearbox. It has a total of 6 forward and 2 reverse gears! The maximum forward speed is about 8 km/h and reverse about 5 km/h. Ideal for transporting sand, earth, gravel, stones, etc. The rails make it easy to work on impassable, muddy, sandy or sloping ground.

The Jansen RD-300 pro is self-propelled and the trough is hydraulically tilted. For this purpose, a powerful hydraulic unit and hydraulic cylinders are mounted on the machine. The high tipping system extends the working area and can load a wide range of materials weighing up to 500 kg directly into the target container, trailer or truck. The Jansen RD-300 pro is equipped with a folding footrest, so the operator can safely stand up on the machine and ride along.

Unlike many other offerings, the trough of the Jansen RD-300 pro is straight and not tapered. With tapered troughs, the bulk material is wedged in very quickly when tipped out. These features make our mini trowel stand out from the competition! The lifting and lowering process takes place within a few seconds. The reinforced version of the machine is supplied with a reinforced trough (wall thickness 3 mm). The trough dimensions are 980x700x450 mm.

Thanks to the chain drive and the free ground clearance of approx. 120 mm, this dump truck is particularly suitable for rough terrain. Slopes can be handled, but please note the dump truck's higher centre of gravity!

The Jansen RD-300 pro comes with a high quality 9 HP petrol engine from Briggs & Stratton. They are robust, reliable and efficient.

The engine has very good starting characteristics (even at low temperatures) and can be started with a pull starter.
