Tanco i73 ball bearing adapter
This technology was developed by Tanco to improve the efficiency of round bale feeding. Before the development of the i73 baling adapter, bale feeding was labour intensive, where operators had to get out of the booth and cut bales manually with knives and cutting blades, then get back into the booth. This was time-consuming, and there were also safety risks, and the recycling of the plastic made the process more time-consuming and complicated. This was replaced by a patented (Tanco) gripping mechanism that continuously and efficiently holds the plastic wrap without tearing it, so it does not get into the feed material. So you can safely place the bale either in the dispenser or in the feeding trolley, because the film and the wrapping net always remain in the adapter. It easily cuts through silage, hay, corn and straw.
Bale weight: max. 1400 kg.
Self-weight of the machine: 435 kg.
Optional additional adaptation for handling bulk materials.
