At AgroBag we have over 30 years of experience in the agricultural sector and have been working in the industry since 1990. So over the years we have seen the need for a safer and more optimised solution for emptying bigbags.
This has resulted in our unique, patent-pending tool: the AgroBag!

FACTS:

FASTER EMPTYING OF BIGBAGS
AgroBag lets you empty bigbags faster than ever before. With two AgroBags mounted on a fertiliser spreader, farmers can empty two bigbags in just five seconds. By comparison, it takes around 90 seconds to empty two bigbags manually. With AgroBag, you can complete your daily tasks faster.

OPTIMISED OPERATION
AgroBag allows the farmer to optimise his daily operations by emptying all the bigbags from the tractor cab, leaving time for other tasks and financially strengthening the bottom line. In agriculture today, a lot of resources are being devoted to rethinking the way farming will be done in the future. Farmers are already using ISOBUS, computing, drones and more. In addition, robotic technology, powered by both biodiesel and solar energy, has the potential to automate daily operations and save labour in the near future.

With AgroBag, we aim to think innovatively and contribute to the autonomous farming of the future. AgroBag replaces a previously manual process that has now been reinvented and optimised for operation.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
One of the main reasons for the development of AgroBag, in addition to operational optimisation, was to promote the operational safety of the working environment. Emptying a +600 kg bigbag with a hand knife poses a low but serious risk of injury. Therefore, be careful when standing near the bigbag during emptying.

COST-EFFECTIVE
On larger farms, there are often two men working while unloading bigbags. One man drives a telescopic handler and another man cuts the bigbag by hand with a knife. AgroBag gives you the option to redeploy one man, so now you only need one driver. This frees up a man to do other relevant work.

COMPATIBLE MODELS

AgroBag's platform is universal and each bracket can be adapted to a specific fertilizer spreader to ensure that AgroBag fits perfectly on all angles of the edges. 4 stainless steel screws are included for everything needed to tighten and mount the device. No drilling or welding is required when installing the AgroBag.
