Description
With the DODA knife liquid fertilizer injection system, it is possible to spread liquid fertilizer underground without polluting the air and with maximum preservation of nutrients. 5-knife design, 2.55 m working width. The distributor, driven by a hydraulic motor, ensures even dosing. To tow the injection applicator approx. A 180-250 horsepower machine is needed. The applicator is equipped with a special rotary feed flange connector that prevents damage to the towed pipe during table end turns. EQUIPMENT: - Hydraulically secured injection knives equipped with replaceable winged hoe - Hydraulically secured, self-aligning cutting discs in front of the knives - Nitrogen pressure compensating tank for hydraulic securing of the knives and cutting discs - Parts in contact with liquid fertilizer made of stainless steel - Galvanized frame structure - Hydro-driven distributor cone - Hydraulic shut-off valve
