Description
The Mandals Flexitex Standard is designed for small irrigation and slurry application systems in the agricultural sector.
The hose can be used for the transport of water-based and non-polar liquids in construction and general industry, and is also ideal for fire-fighting applications.
The hose is resistant to commonly used chemicals. The special circular weave means that the hose will not stretch when pulled. For the same reason, and due to the high wall thickness, it can withstand high pressure.
It can operate between -30 °C and +75 °C, up to +80 °C in intermittent use.
Mandals Flexitex Standard is made from a blend of nitrile rubber and PVC, with added additives to prevent UV damage. This rubber compound is extruded through a reinforcing polyester fabric. This manufacturing process creates a very strong bond between the fabric and the rubber.
The hose can be supplied in sections of up to 200 metres.
Unwinding, winding and transport can be carried out quickly and easily using the carrier drums for manipulating the hose.
