Description
New Feed Granulator KL-200 for sale - 7.5 kW / 1500 RPP / 380 V - with motor and one matrix - invoice, warranty and free home delivery! The KL-200 feed granulator is a household machine that grinds grain feeds (wheat, corn, barley, rye, oilseeds, hay, plant waste, etc.) into small, approx. Suitable for processing into 1-2 cm long pellets. The resulting pellets are suitable for feeding rabbits, birds, sheep, cattle, pigs or fish. This product is made of high quality hard iron which ensures long life of the product. The granulator must be installed on a smooth, stable and horizontal surface, in an open or well-ventilated place, dry and protected from weather conditions (e.g. storm, rain, etc.). The package contains all the parts necessary for the product to function, but they are not always assembled. You can request assembly before use! This product is supplied with the following parts: feed hopper, granulating mechanism, wheels (4 pcs), granulator chassis, motor, motor clutch protection, pressure roller, matrix, reducer body and granulate discharge trough. Pay close attention to the parts of the machine that may come loose (bolts, washers, nuts) and occasionally check that they are not loose. Regarding the motor, be very careful about its positioning, if the granulator is not standing straight when using it, it can cause strong vibration, which can lead to damage to the machine and injury to the user. The working capacity of the KL-200 feed granulator is 300 kg/h. It is a necessary tool for households or animal breeders, as it greatly facilitates their work. This machine has a 7.5 kW / 1500 RPP motor and a voltage of 380 V, and the power transmission is through the reducer. We sell this machine with a matrix with a hole diameter of 4 mm, which is suitable for making feed pellets for poultry and rabbits. For efficient and loss-free operation, it is recommended to grind and homogenize the cereals in advance according to the desired recipe (see user manual). The moisture content of the raw material used should be a maximum of 15%, and carefully check its purity. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. How to set up the granulator correctly? When using the granulator for the first time, we must take into account the proper run-in of the matrix, which is an important factor in the operation and correct use of the device. First of all, you should know that during the run-in, the holes of the matrix can be clogged with the material. This is completely normal, all you need to do is remove the matrix from the granulator and thoroughly clean all the holes, then continue running until granules come out of the material used. The starting material is made from the following ingredients: 5 kg of grain/flour, 5 kg of fine sand and 0.5 kg of vegetable oil or technical oil. All these ingredients are mixed very well and the resulting material is slowly poured into the feed hopper of the working granulator until the first pellets are obtained. After the first pellets start to come out, pour all the remaining material into the feed hopper. After all the mixture has been used, the resulting pellets are placed back into the feed hopper of the granulator. This process is repeated for approximately 30-60 minutes, after which the granulator is ready for use. 2. How to replace the matrix and pressure roller? First you need to make sure that you have stopped the granulator and disconnected it from the mains. Disassemble the feed hopper with an Allen key, then remove the 4 screws that secure the body of the granulating device and detach the body of the granulating device. Then remove the old pressure roller, insert the new pressure roller into the body of the granulating mechanism (insert the shaft of the pressure roller into the central hole inside the granulating mechanism by hand and support it). Put the granulator body back together with the new pressure rollers and fix the 4 screws previously removed with a suitable allen key, refit the feeding hopper, connect the power supply, then press the ON switch of the electric motor and you can continue the activity. To replace the matrix, follow the same steps, except that after removing the pressure roller, replace the old matrix (choose the new matrix suitable for obtaining the desired pellets, see the working method instructions in the manual), insert it on the central shaft (but you need to keep the center shaft when assembling) and insert the gear pin into the slot, fix the matrix with the two screws removed earlier, reassemble the feed tank and connect the power supply, then press the electric motor ON switch. In the event that any replaceable part of the granulator is replaced with an accessory that has not yet been run-in, the run-in process must be repeated. 3. How to maintain the machine so that it works well for a long time? For long-term efficient operation, we recommend that you: • replace damaged parts only with original parts from the manufacturer • check that the power supply complies with the technical specifications in the user manual • check and, if necessary, replace the motor brushes • clean from accumulated dust on the engine ventilation openings, which blocks it • after about 50 hours of use, check that all parts are well fixed, otherwise tighten the loose screws • regularly check and, if necessary, lubricate the bearings of the gearbox, and every use thoroughly clean the granulator, the pressure roller and the matrix used, otherwise the material will harden and it will be very difficult to work with the machine next time.
