Description
Drying chambers:
I offer for sale the drying chamber unit as shown in the pictures.
The unit consists of three chambers, a gas boiler, a buffer tank, all the associated connections and the crates used for drying (approx. 1200 crates).
The chambers each have an internal area of 125 cm x 250 cm x 200 cm (clean drying area), which can accommodate three EU pallets of crates. At the end of the chambers there is a separate partitioned area of 80 cm x 125 cm x 200 cm where the drying fans and water circulation and heating systems are located.
The system can be programmed with smart controls with internet access, so that the chamber can be operated remotely to start and stop the air mixing. The three chambers can also be operated independently of each other in phases and switched by the smart control.
The water circulating in the chambers is heated by a 65 kW BAXI gas boiler and circulated through the system by an associated water circulator.
A buffer tank is included to help reduce gas consumption and maintain a balanced temperature within the system.
The chambers are made of sandwich panels to provide adequate insulation of the interior during drying.
The ventilation system allows the warm air to spread uniformly along the sides of the interior. The openings at the top of the chambers allow condensation to be removed from the interior.
The chamber is located in Zsombo and can be viewed by appointment.
