The synchronizing automatics control the seed and chemical dosing according to the set power values. The coating of the seeds with liquid is done in a closed space. The seeds coated with the stripping agent are transported by the delivery pulley to the appropriate container. The centrifugal force and intensive mixing ensure the most efficient use of the coating material, resulting in an effective and uniform seed coating. A specially designed stripping device ensures that each seed is evenly coated with stripping agent.

The stable stripping machine can be used as a stand-alone machine. This ensures a long service life and the dosing elements are resistant to aggressive media. Mixing and spreading are carried out with a pulley, which is also suitable for bagging. During the working process, safe filling, an efficient filtration system, protection against impurities and sealing are guaranteed. Its design makes it easy to transport, handle and keep clean.

An electric pump with a capacity of 0,16-2,0 litres/min is responsible for the liquid delivery. The 50 litre glass fibre chemical tank is equipped with a threaded lid and an enema filter, in which the agitator prevents chemical sedimentation. The mixing capacity in wheat is 5 tonnes per hour.

The unloading auger is designed to unload processed grain up to a height of 80 cm, 165 cm and 235 cm (for Big-Bag).
