Technical specifications:
RESERVE
The robust and durable chassis is the result of long experimentation. The two-layer powder coating provides the best possible protection against corrosion. The wheel track can be continuously adjusted, so that use can be easily adapted to the needs of different crops. All HP sprayers are equipped with mudguards. A hydraulic outrigger foot is integrated in the chassis. The sprayer can be connected equally to the lower and upper hitch connection.

AIR SUSPENSION
The air-spring suspension promises a stable and comfortable ride, both on bumpy terrain and on roads (optional).

HELMETS
The heavier the machine, the more braking power it requires. However, an automatic braking system is available as an option.

STEERED AXLE
The sprayer is optionally available with a steered axle. This axle ensures that the sprayer always and precisely follows the tractor's wheel tracks.

WHEELS AND PNEUMATIC BRAKES
The AGS 3600 HP uses 300/95R46 wheels, the AGS 4200 HP uses 340/85R46 wheels. Optional 340/85R48 and 380/90/R46 are also available.

HYDRAULIC HPX STEEL FRAME AND TR4 ALUMINIUM SPRAYER FRAME
The HPX series frames have working widths between 21 and 24 m. The TR4 has a width between 27 and 30 m, allowing for single-sided spraying, level adjustment and low spray height setting. The nozzle barrels of these frames are made of stainless steel. They are equipped with a safety system that prevents them from collapsing in the working position and automatically closing in the transport position. The sprayer arms are mounted on a two-point hitch that copies and follows the unevenness of the terrain. A hydraulic pressure absorber absorbs physical shocks from the vertical direction, while shock absorbers protect the sprayer from shocks and pressures from all other directions. The sprayer arms can be folded sideways alongside the tank, creating compact transport dimensions. The suspension structure allows the operator to raise the sprayer frame to a height (up to 230 cm) to spray tall crops (maize, sunflowers, tobacco).

SOURCES
Made of high quality LDPE. They are characterised by their compact design and their resistance to mechanical and chemical agents. Mixing nozzles to mix the spray flat, easy to clean. They are equipped with a tank for washing water, hand washing, chemical washing and bottle washing.

Spray pump: 260 l/min.
Mixing pump: 150 l/min

ISOBUS AND AG-TRONIK
The sprayer can be equipped with the AG-TRONIK S1 spraying computer or with the ISOBUS system from Müller Elektronik, a member of the Trimble Group.

ISOBUS MÜLLER ELEKTRONIK
In addition to the possibility of connecting the computer, the ISOBUS electronic system also allows linking to the navigation system, which shows where you are and which areas have already been treated. With the ISOBUS system of the sprayer, all hydraulic elements of the machine can be operated.

THE AG-TRONIK S1 SPRAYER COMPUTER
Controls the flow rate required for precise spraying using a flow rate and forward speed sensor, based on the spray demand per hectare. If spray sections are blocked one by one, the AG-TRONIK S1 immediately adjusts the spray volume.

EXTERNAL CLEANING KIT
The machine includes a hose reel with a self-inflating mechanism and a high-power wash sterile mob.
