Description
The KERTITOX GEMTRAK towed field sprayer is equipped with a 6000 litre polyethylene spray tank, a 30 m parallelepiped suspension, a two-stage mechanism with electrohydraulically opening spray frame and a load-controlled air spring steered (active tracking) running gear.

The lightweight spreader is guided by the paralelogram suspension, sprung and damped with nitrogen tanks, completely independent of the chassis. The stability of the spreader frame is further enhanced by the paralelogram structure, which is completely independent of the machine chassis. Gas-loaded telescopic arms and springs specially designed for this sprayer allow a refined yet firm frame support, maintaining the frame balance at all working heights. The working width starts at 15 metres, partially folded, for a total working width of 30 metres.

The spreader frame can be opened in two stages through the working rollers mounted on the inner wings; the outer member can be folded back independently from side to side to avoid an obstacle.

DO YOU FARM IN HILLY AREAS? You'll love it! The configuration includes automatic frame level control, which adjusts both the height and inclination of the frame. There are two or three spreader arms and an ultrasonic sensor in the centre of the machine. It allows maximum precision distance control on uneven ground by controlling the parts of the sprayer wheel. In end-of-row turns, the sprayer wheel rises to the preset height range when spraying is stopped and then lowers back to the preset position when spraying is resumed.

In addition, by lifting the spreading frame off the tray and opening its inner members, the outer members can be independently opened further to the full working width, side by side.
