Description
The KERTITOX REVOLUTION towed field sprayer on offer is equipped with a 3000 litre polyethylene spray tank, a 24 metre parallelepiped suspension, a two-stage mechanism with electro-hydraulically opening spray frame and a load-controlled air-spring chassis.

The REVOLUTION range is compact in size and easy to control thanks to its well thought-out, practice-driven design, meeting the demands of precision farming with a focus on increasing efficiency, reducing environmental pollution and saving pesticide inputs.

It is also available with 18-20-21-24-27-28 spreading wheels to meet customer requirements.

Technical specification for the precise farmer who wants excellent area performance and comfortable working conditions:

The lightweight spreader wheel is guided by the paralelogram suspension, sprung and damped by nitrogen tanks, completely independent of the machine chassis. The stability of the spreader frame is further enhanced by the paralelogram structure, which is completely independent of the machine chassis. Gas-loaded telescopic arms and springs specially designed for this sprayer allow a refined yet firm frame support, maintaining the frame balance at all working heights. The working width starts at 12 metres, partially folded, for a total working width of 24 metres.

The spreader frame can be opened in two stages through the working rollers mounted on the inner wings, the outer member can be folded back independently from side to side to avoid an obstacle.

You can control the power and implement connections from a single terminal. Standardizes control settings, reduces connection and installation time, minimizes installation and connection problems and errors.

DO YOU FARM IN HILLY AREAS? You'll love it! The configuration includes automatic frame level control, which adjusts both the height and tilt of the frame. There are two or three spreader arms and an ultrasonic sensor in the centre of the machine. It allows maximum precision distance control on uneven ground by controlling the spreader wheel sections. In end-of-row turns, the spreader wheel rises to the preset height range when spraying is stopped and then lowers back to the preset position when spraying is resumed.

In addition, by lifting the spreading frame off the tray and opening its inner members, the outer members can be independently opened further to the full working width, side by side.

To reduce trampling damage to zero, we have fitted an automatic and controlled tracking drawbar! From the cab of the tractor, you can switch between traction mode, towing and working. Work safely in steeper terrain, controlling the skid on the active tracking hitch prevents the tractor from veering off the trail, even in extreme conditions.
