Description
In addition to fruit orchards, hose spraying machines are very well suited for spraying in forests or tall trees; for municipal purposes such as mosquito control, spraying parks, disinfecting warehouses, and one type is specifically for corn plantations.
It is effective up to 44-46 m horizontally and 33-35 m vertically. The SAE TURBMATIC-P PLUS M is a 1000 litre suspended sprayer with a fully hot-dip galvanised frame structure and a hot-dip galvanised radial fan with a diameter of 450 mm. The radial fan drive has 2 speeds and idling. The pump can operate at 50 bar pressure and 150 litres/minute capacity. The nozzle is 2 m long and the nozzle head at the top is adjustable in both horizontal and vertical directions.
The head is moved by 12 V electric motors and the operator can control it from the tractor by means of a remote control. The fan and its associated discharge tower are connected to the machine frame via a pivot, so it is also possible to tilt the entire tower from the vertical to the horizontal position using a hydraulic actuator.
