TEYME EOLO GTA 10A high tree (walnut) sprayer

TRAILED BASIC MACHINE
- 3000 litre trailed machine
- 3000 litre towed machine with high density polyethylene tank, cleaning circuit tank (10%) and 18 litre sanitary water tank

Impact resistant, thick-walled 12-15 mm, repairable, weldable 3000 litre tank
EXPLORATION
- 33 levels* that achieve constant and homogeneous mixing at high, medium and low pressure.
- Complete sweeping of the substrate.
* Depending on the capacity of the tank.

- Custom-designed deflector for tall trees, also recommended for walnut trees, with an expected blowing height of 15 m.

- Turbo diameter 1015 mm, both air volume and air speed adjustable, increase, decrease, 2 channels plus turbo, clutch, 2 speed and neutral point gearbox, stainless steel nozzle housing, 10 adjustable blades and walnut baffle, 38 double nozzle holders, ceramic nozzles.
Fan blades

TURBO AUXILIARY DUCT Nº4
- TURBO lower duct blower increases performance without extra consumption, 16.50% of the air wasted in other sprayers, increasing its flow rate and improving the effect of drift caused by the travel speed.

AIRFLOW CONTROL
- With slider mechanism
- The width of channels A, B, C can be adjusted by means of a sliding mechanism: min. 415 mm, max. 475 mm, and air velocity between 22 m/sec. and 44 m/sec.
- Adjustment of the treatments according to the needs of the application.
- TEYME's exclusive advantage is the width of the channels, which allows 50% faster travel speeds compared to conventional sprayers.

JETS
- 30 nozzles with ADOGC drop-proof, dual directional rotation plug-locking device: 2 ceramic nozzles per nozzle, distributed in channels A and B.
- 3-CHANNEL NOZZLE UNIT
- Ø1015 mm X 500 mm aerodynamic stainless steel nozzle housing, 3 ducts A, B and C. The duct system increases air production by 17%. Prevents the faster upper air from colliding with the slower air in the middle areas. The air outlet can be adjusted between 22 m/s and 44 m/s.

- With 2 ducts plus turbo, clutch, 2 speed and neutral point gearbox, stainless steel blower housing, 10 adjustable blades and walnut baffle, 38 double blower holders, ceramic nozzles.

GEARBOX AND CLUTCH
- Gearbox 2 speed + neutral. TEYME special gearbox. Suitable for high power transmission. Centrifugal 3-speed ZAMAK clutch with smooth and progressive starting.

SUBSCRIPTION
- Reinforced frame, designed in steel plate and laser-machined, which allows us to produce chains and perfect results, giving the machine the highest possible rigidity.

- 3 levels of filtration: basket filter in the filling opening of the tank, 1 suction filter in front of the pump and a pressure filter centre.

The performance of the controlled air flow of the vegetation is increased by 200% compared to a conventional air unit design, as the drift caused by excess air in low areas is reduced even at the lowest levels compared to the upper areas of open plantations.
