Machine for special missions

The Mzuri Pro-Til is a machine designed for field tedding that performs tillage, fertilisation and seeding in one pass. The tillage tines and wheels are arranged alternately in two rows to leave plenty of room for post-harvest residues. Each tillage and sowing header is independently controlled by hydraulic levers to ensure precise pressure is applied to each section. This controlled pressure ensures precise depth and excellent contact of the seed with the soil.
The seed metering unit uses variable speed electric motors to drive the selected seed rollers. A choice of seed rollers is available for virtually all seed types. Calibration is simple and accurate: just press a button, measure the seed collected and enter the quantity on the control panel.
The RDS Artemis controller adjusts the amount of seed sown on the fly and provides all the fertilisation and seed drill control and monitoring functions.

Mzuri Pro-Til only cultivates narrow soil strips. It applies the fertiliser to the full depth of the strip to be cultivated, places the seeds at the controlled depth, provides an ideal environment for them and helps them to germinate quickly and grow healthily to reach their full potential.
