What do you need to know about the AVR KOMBI allrounder?

The AVR combi machine combines three functions in one main frame. By simply replacing a few parts, you can choose which function of the machine you want to use:
- Ecoridger: remove weeds from bakhata
- Speedridger: build a berm
- Eco-Hack: weeding, filling

Thanks to this machine, furrow building and weeding has never been easier. The secret of this combi machine lies in its ingenious weight transfer system, which uses the weight of the tractor to apply pressure to the bakhate plate.

Ecoridger: weed remover for berm filling and shaping (RC-4)
Base machine: two beam frame, row spacing 4 x 75 cm.
Row 1:
Loosening teeth selected according to soil conditions.
Row 2:
Weed control elements cut off the top thin layer of soil and weeds. The loosened soil covers the weeds.
Row 3:
High working speed spring-loaded INOX berm forming elements again compress the soil, making the sides of the berm firm and tight. The berm shaping cover plate is 17,5 v. 22,5 cm to form a wide berm edge.

Speedridger: berm filler for weed removal (RC)
Base machine: two beam frame, row spacing 4 x 75 cm.
Row 1:
Loosening teeth selected according to soil conditions.
Row 2:
Bakhát retracting shaping discs, long life bearing mounted retracting disc discs, 6 mm disc thickness, Ø75 cm. Less wear on sandy soil. The depth of the disc pairs is individually adjustable. The design of the discs provides optimum protection against stones and other obstacles. Large discs can result in high working speed and 20-30% lower fuel consumption.
Row 3:
INOX berm forming elements with high working speeds compress the soil again, making the sides of the berm firm and tight. The berm shaping cover plate is 17.5 v. 22.5 cm to form a wide berm rim.

Eco Hack: weed control, mechanical weeding (RC-H)
Basic machine: two beam frame, row spacing 4 x 75 cm.
1st row:
Mechanical weed removal with 'V' shaped scraper blade scraper blades. Depth adjustment by means of support wheels per row.
Row 2:
High working speed INOX berm shaping elements again compress the soil, making the sides of the berm firm and tight. The bachat shaping cover plate is 17,5 v. 22,5 cm, which allows to form a wide bachat rim.

Main features of AVR KOMBI:
- Mechanical removal of herbs
- Weight shifting system that uses the weight of the tractor to apply pressure to the bacchate plate by means of an adjustable hydraulic pressure
- These eco-elements can be used to fill the soil to cover the protruding crop
- The loosening shredding tines can be selected depending on the conditions/soil type
