Description
Shreder TL32.550-470W double-row open cylinder with ø550 and 470 mm cylinder diameter, from stock.
Other types and sizes on request.
Roller for shredding plant residues, green manure. Size of chips 8-12 cm. Suitable for crushing crop residues of sunflowers, maize, pulses, cereals, green manure and weeds, for shredding organic fertiliser and for even distribution in the field.
It creates a layer of mulch on the soil surface, which prevents moisture loss, water and wind erosion and inhibits the growth of weeds.
The mulching of plant residues enriches the soil with organic matter, activates micro-organisms and promotes soil life!
Thanks to the fan-shaped blades:
- One blade (420 mm) at a time, perpendicular to the soil. This maximises the weight of the blades, increases cutting performance, eliminates jamming, increases operating speed and reduces horsepower requirements.
- Smooth progress, less shock to the bearings, less vibration to the power machine and operator!
- Excellent self-cleaning, for all crops and soil conditions, increased pressure on the blades, increased cutting performance and working speed.
Blades made of C45 tool steel, TVC heat treatment, with self-sharpening edge band.
- The cutting edge of the knife is heat treated using a TVC device! The metal remains flexible, does not crack or craze, the cutting edge remains sharp and the knife life is increased. The knives are sharpened at a special angle and are self-sharpening during work, allowing efficient cutting of crop residues with a long life. They do not break if they hit a stone and can be straightened when damaged.
