Description
The tines penetrate the soil to a maximum depth of 2-3 cm in order to break up and crush the top soil crust. The crucial work is done by the 7 mm teeth, arranged in 6 rows with a groove spacing of 31,25 mm. This helps to improve soil aeration and breaks the capillaries. The main focus is on controlling unwanted weeds. As the tines sweep the soil, they pull out weeds that are in the thread or germ stage and place them on the soil surface where they dry out and die.
