Description
The row cultivator for 6 rows can be hydraulically folded up during transport and has two side tines.
The fertiliser delivery unit is not mounted on an auxiliary frame, but on the main beam supporting the cultivator wagons.
One trolley on each side folds up, giving the cultivator (like all 6-row cultivators set at 75 cm row spacing) a transport width of 350 cm.
The folding mechanism can be hydraulically operated from the cab of the power machine.
No manual force is required to secure the side trolleys as they are equipped with a handle mechanism that opens and closes independently.
In working position, two wide rubber wheels ensure the stability of the machine and the drive of the fertiliser spreader.
The solid fertiliser application unit with a 600 litre hopper is fed by a pulley that has been in reliable operation for many years.
It can apply all types of solid granular fertilisers.
The fertiliser is fed to the dosing auger via a stepped chain wheel.
The application rate is adjustable between 70 and 350 kg/ha.
The cultivator trolleys and the fertiliser spreader are mounted on a 120x120x8 wall thickness S355 steel beam (never before has this robust frame been bent or broken).
The depth adjustment of the cultivators is ensured by rubberized solid wheels. The machine can be fitted with both rigid, spring-loaded (even with the addition of a protective disc) and filling tines.
The fertiliser spreader is made of 3 mm thick steel plate.
The tank is not made of acid-resistant sheet, which increases costs considerably, because the 3 mm steel plate, if kept clean, will function for many, many years (the first fertiliser spreader tank, manufactured in 1999, is still in excellent working order today).
The main thing is to keep the dispenser clean; it's no use having a stainless tank if the fertiliser is stuck in the dispenser...
After proper degreasing and priming, the machine is painted with a 2-component topcoat in a hot-air drying oven.
The machine has standard lighting and, like all our products, is CE certified.
The machine is mainly recommended for small and medium farmers.
