The CHOPSTAR-HYBRID disc cultivator is the perfect solution for shredding weeds in mulch. The tine bodies are fitted with flat discs that can rotate freely. These discs cut through the soil just below the surface. This cuts through the roots of weeds or chops up weeds just below the surface and below the topsoil. Optionally, the discs can be fitted with support wheels that cut into the soil and mulch layer and ensure smooth and clog-free operation of the discs.
This cultivator is also the best choice for special crops, vegetable crops and crops with large leaf masses, as it can work under the leaves without damaging the crop. The use of flat discs and tared support wheels means that even with a lot of weeds, the machine will not clog up as can happen with hoes. The hoeing process can thus be carried out without any problems.
