Description
Use of deep ploughing plough:
Various versions of single-head alternating ploughs with power ratings from 45 to 400 HP can be operated at working depths of up to 90 cm for plantations and new plantations.
The ER.MO single head rotary deep ploughs have been internationally recognised as "high quality machines" thanks to one of their main virtues, namely reliability.
The new ER.MO ploughs are made of high-strength and wear-resistant steel construction using a new process, which makes the ploughs stronger but 20 to 30% lighter than most ploughs made using conventional methods.
When coupling the tractor, it is not coupled to an axle end, but to a stirrup, which thus supports the ball-locking axle at both ends. A short, robust turning gear with a turning shaft ensures accurate and reliable turning of the plough.
The frame is made entirely without holes by welding from a special, extremely high-strength material. A new front plough head adjustment system makes post-tractor pulling and inspection easier.
The main frame spar is not drilled through anywhere, but the reinforcement is clamped to the reinforcement covering the spar on both sides everywhere, so because the spar is neither welded nor drilled, there is nothing to weaken its strength; there are no stress collection points from which cracking or fracture can initiate. The bags holding the ploughshares are reinforced and also supported. The beam is covered at the bottom and top with an extra support plate to further enhance strength.
The steering plate is the working element, it is directly responsible for the quality of the soil cover and for the operation of the plant residues without filling up. The standard version is hardened steel. It is required to be resilient and resistant to wear.
The sheet is made up of three layers, two outer hard wear resistant steel and one inner soft steel, making it very resistant to bending, which provides greater flexibility.
