Description

Domestic reference machines since 2019! Works flawlessly for many farmers in Hungary, from 100KA bound Zala soils to light sandy soils.

Technical characteristics of the 4,8m working width Side hoe (which can be extended to 5,3m, 6,1m, 6,5m):
- Frame, 140x140x8mm, seamless locking section, 09G2S steel (delivery size 3m), hydraulically closing, retractable to 4,9m with bolted connections.
- Teeth, 896 wrought iron (interchangeable), made of quality hardened steel, or single piece star. Both versions have known advantages.
- 44 star wheels with unique geometry, 16 teeth per star, 520mm diameter.
- 22 spring-loaded work pins, made of reinforced 50x50x5mm seamless lock section, made by bending one piece.
- 2 SKF sealed bearings per star, in a sealed bearing housing on both sides.
Each section has an adjustable spring rate to provide the required depth and spring rate for all soil types, depending on field conditions.
Several star wheel versions are available for different field crops and agronomic applications.
Suitable for pre- and post-emergent weed control, cultivation of any cereal and industrial crops, maize, sunflower, soybean, vegetable crops. Be it broadcast or row-seeded crops.
Elimination of soil tilth, destruction of emerging weeds, aeration, capillary action.

With a diesel consumption of 1.5-2 litres/ha and an area output of 7-12 (28!) ha/hour.
Thanks to the loosening, the root zone is supplied with oxygen and, through the action of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in the air, with a significant amount of nitrogen. The loosened upper layer protects the lower layers from water loss through evaporation, thus increasing the water retention capacity by up to three times!
Mechanical damage to the crop is kept below 2%!
