What do you need to know about the HELIX H suspended short disc?

The Helix short disc provides shallow, fast and intensive cultivation in the most difficult conditions. The symmetrical "X" arrangement allows side-drag-free operation. Side-drag-free operation is possible with all tractors with steering systems. The large discs have a diameter of 560 mm and mix intensively and homogeneously even the largest organic masses up to a depth of 18 cm.

The special geometry of the discs allows clogging-free work with optimum mixing in the 0-18 cm range. The secret lies in the interplay of several geometric dimensions. At the heart of it all are the serrated discs that ensure good drive. The large disc diameter of 560 mm is an additional geometric necessity to move large amounts of organic mass. Finally, it is the combination of all the geometries of the disc contour, diameter, retraction angle and the distance between each disc face that is the key to success.
