Description
The cultivator is used to cultivate the row crop of catch crops, mainly maize, sunflower, etc., and to destroy weeds mechanically.

Its high free height also allows the cultivation of relatively tall plants. The machine is capable of cultivating 6 rows in a single pass at a row spacing of 75 cm and requires one operator. The machine is built on a solid chassis, the headstock is made of strong, solid square steel and the headstock is adjustable in angle. The machine is built for a long service life, ensured by quality workmanship and materials. The machine operates reliably for long periods of time even in heavy, bound soil.

The machine is also available in 8-row and 12-row versions.

The row cultivator can be equipped with two types of in-line fertiliser spreaders on request.

Double tank design:

The fertiliser sprayer unit fitted to this machine consists of two tanks, which can be filled with 400 kg of fertiliser. The spouts of the tanks are positioned above the rows so that they do not clog. The tanks are positioned low down, making them easy to fill with fertiliser. They are driven by a steel finger drive mechanism. The spread rate is adjustable in several steps from 70 kg/ha to 300 kg/ha. Suitable for spreading fertilisers with different particle sizes.

Big Bag hopper design:

Cultivator suitable for 6 rows, can be towed lengthways during transport, equipped with road lighting, wheels for transport can be folded up at the workplace. Two wide rubber wheels ensure the stability of the machine in working position and also the safe drive of the big bag row fertiliser spreader. The fertiliser is fed by the auger shaft, which has been operating successfully and reliably for many years. It is suitable for the application of all types of granular fertilisers. The dosing of the fertiliser quantity is ensured via a stepped sprocket drive for the dosing auger. The spreading quantity can be varied from 70 kg to 350 kg in several steps. The fertiliser tank has a capacity of 1200 kg. The robust steel frame ensures the stability and reliable long-term operation of the row cultivator. The cultivator trolleys and tine structures are made of solid square steel, which can withstand extreme stresses. The tine structures can be adjusted in angle and the depth adjustment of the cultivator heads is ensured by rubber-coated wheels. The quality tines are supplied to our machines by Frank Hungária Kft. The machine can be equipped with fixed, spring and filling tines. Spring loaded tines can also be supplied with a protective disc. Our machines are painted exclusively with 2K paint in a hot-air drying shop.

The machine is mainly recommended for medium and large farms.
