Description
Our "V" layout soil spreaders are manufactured in 2-3-5-7 knife design. In terms of working width, we distinguish between 100-150-180-250-350 cm versions. Soil loosening is a highly energy-intensive operation, the aim of which is to loosen the soil, to loosen the dust, to establish a favourable relationship between the cultivated layer and the subsoil and to eliminate the disease of the ecete. The frame of the machine is made of high-strength 120x120x8, 150x150x8 or 200x150x8 S355 sections and laser-cut LV15-20 plates. Due to the shape of the blades used for the work, it requires less tractive effort. It works from the bottom up and tears/cracks the soil. The knives are equipped with shear pin safety, with swivel nose pads at the end, made of Hardox500. A swivel cutting bar is mounted above the nose pad, made of Hardox500. The knives are bolted with side flap knives, which can be used to create a favourable ground. The working depth can be adjusted by the machine suspension system, by the position of the ram roller, which can be pin or hydraulically adjusted. The soil loosener can be fitted with a wedge ring roller and a claw roller, which allows the implement to easily cut larger clods in two and seal the soil surface.
