Lemken Rubin 12 is a short disc with deep working depth

With its Rubin 12 cultivator, LEMKEN introduces a short disc that allows deeper cultivation, up to 20 cm deep, comparable to the work of cultivators. The Rubin 12 is suitable for both furrow and base cultivation, even in the most difficult soil conditions.

- The two rows of 736 mm diameter concave discs with laced blades provide intensive mixing and chopping.
- The symmetrical arrangement of the discs in each row allows lateral pulling without dragging, even at high working speeds.
- The 20° angle of the discs with the ground and the 16° angle with the direction of travel allow optimum penetration and ensure that the entire working width is worked from a working depth of 7 cm.
- The shanks are specially bent and twisted to achieve the maximum possible distance between the discs. This, together with the slight offset of the centre discs, prevents clogging.
- The high working speed with minimum slippage ensures lower fuel consumption and higher area performance.
- The stick tine behind the first row of discs provides intensive mixing and crushing action, while the straightening tine behind the second row of discs ensures optimum soil distribution and perfect levelling.
- In the suspended version, the Rubin 12 can be equipped with a depth limiter and transport wheel that loads the front axle of the tractor when the implement is raised. A new semi-suspended system has been used here, which does not require an additional control unit.
