Deraland Ltd. is the official importer of ÅLÖ-QUICKE products in Hungary. Our company provides warranty and post-warranty after-sales service for the products from our Kaposvár based site and spare parts warehouse. We sell our products through a nationwide reseller network.

ÅLÖ COMPANY PROFILE

ÅLÖ is one of the world's leading manufacturers of agricultural machinery since 1949. The Swedish company develops and manufactures premium quality front-end loaders under the Quicke® and Trima® brand names, as well as work tools under the Original Implements™ brand.
It has a sales network in seven countries, a manufacturing plant in four countries and accounts for 30% of the world market share in the tractor segment above 50 hp in more than 50 countries. About 90% of total production is exported. Sales in 2017 amounted to approximately 34 500 loaders and 46 000 implements.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF Q-BLOQ BLOCK WEIGHTS

The Q-Bloq block weights have an attractive design, are painted black and bear the Q logo "original work equipment" on both sides. Also available in green and grey.

- All weights are cast iron with a weight accuracy of +/-5%.
- The block weight product range consists of three basic weights: 600 kg, 900 kg or 1800 kg. An extension weight of 600 kg can be added to each basic weight to increase the total weight. The weight combinations range from 600 kg to 2400 kg (600 - 900 - 1200 - 1500 - 1800 - 2400).
- All weights are supplied assembled - equipped with heavy duty pins and top brackets - for easy attachment to the tractor.
- The extension weight can be quickly and easily attached to the basic weight with a sturdy pin, which can be added later.
- All weights are compatible with any front hitch and Cat2+ Cat3N coupling heads. The 600 kg and 900 kg weights are equipped with Cat2 28 mm coupling pins, the 1800 kg weights with Cat3N 36 mm pins.
- All weights are individually designed to allow movement by hand or mechanised forklift when not on the tractor.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE AND DESIGN OF BLOCK WEIGHTS OR MODULARLY EXPANDABLE BLOCK WEIGHTS?

- For different operating conditions and implements, we can adjust the correct distribution of the tractor's operating weight between the front and rear axles. Naturally, the rear wheel weights must be lowered or mounted for specific situations and jobs. This way I don't overload the front bridge, I don't carry unnecessary weight with the tractor, and I can also reduce tyre wear considerably.
- With the help of a front suspension, quick block weight exchange and loading and unloading can be achieved.

MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Before you add block weights to the front or rear suspension of your tractor, please make sure and pay attention to the tractor's total weight, max front and rear axle loads, and max tire loads.
- Before modifying the tractor's original weight distribution, follow the tractor manufacturer's instructions.
- The driving and braking characteristics of the tractor are affected by the added weights.
- If the block weights have been subjected to any excessive force, replacement of the suspension pins or the entire block weight may be necessary for safety reasons.
- When first operating or using, take care that the lifting arms are not touched by the block weight during the entire lifting travel.
- The block weights are not designed and are not suitable for pulling or towing.
