Description

SUBSCRIPTION
The slurry tank is designed as a frame mounted tank with TRIDEM spring mounted wheelset, 48T load capacity (front and third steered axle).
SOURCE
Steel, hot-dip galvanized tank equipped with internal reinforcing rings and breakwaters. It has an opening Ø 600 mm and a pin on the rear bottom. On the front front wall there is a tubular level indicator, two glass sight glasses. Valve cocks are located on the side of the tanker. The tank has an overflow safety device on the top and a Ø 600 mm door.
COMPREHENSIVE
A JUROP PN 106M compressor is fitted on the drawbar of the tanker as standard.
SOURCES
Hydraulically operated sliding gate valve with disc distributor on the rear bottom hatch cover. On the side of the tank there is a manual slide valve with a quick coupling for fixing the suction hose.
EXTERNAL
On request, the tank can be equipped with a hydraulically operated auger mixer capable of continuously mixing the contents of the tank.
OPERATION
The vehicle is filled by the vacuum generated in the tank by a compressor driven by the tractor's propeller shaft. The tank is emptied by overpressure or gravity.
EMPTYING SYSTEMS
The emptying is carried out by means of a pouring spout, which is standard equipment on the tank. Other dispensing systems may be used on request.
ROAD TRANSPORT
The tank is provided with an EC declaration of conformity and is exempted from the obligation to obtain a certificate of approval allowing the tank to be registered and to be transported on the roads.
