Description
The Kobzarenko factory produces excellent value for money sliding-wall trailers, with a total of three models in the Atlant range. The TZP-22 Atlant has a basic capacity of 22 cubic metres with a grain rear wall, the TZP-27 Atlant has a basic capacity of 30 cubic metres with a grain rear wall, and the TZP-39 Atlant has a basic capacity of 44 cubic metres with a grain rear wall. If the trailers are ordered with a silo rear wall, this capacity can be increased by approximately 10-15%.

Whichever model you choose, you will at least get a tandem axle, hydraulically adjustable and spring-loaded drawbar and 40 mm drawbar eye. The largest, TZP-39 Atlant, has the load distributed over three axles. The trailers have a payload capacity of between 16,500 and 30,000 kg. Most of the sliding-wall trailers are equipped with a servo load-spreader adapter.

Safe and efficient road transport is ensured not only by the tandem/tridem axles on wide and large diameter tyres, but also by the air braking system and the road lighting package.

The heart of the trailer is the hydraulically operated tailboard, which is capable of applying 80 tonnes of pressure, as well as opening/closing the tailboard. It is also made of materials with the same high strength and rigidity as the chassis. The trailer is equipped with two hydraulic cylinders in series, one of which pushes the sliding platform to the centre of the platform, where another cylinder pushes it to the rear wall. In this way, the working stroke of either working cylinder is not unnecessarily long and the pressure is maintained over the entire length of the platform.

One of the most popular domestic models is the 30 cubic metre TZP-27 Atlant, which can be easily converted into a fertiliser spreader using the Italian-made Grazioli fertiliser spreader backboard.

The horsepower requirements of the trailers range from 150 to 300 hp, depending on the type.
