Description
The T 544/3 series is characterised by fast filling times and a robust and compact design. The tanker of this series is available in two versions: with self-loading drawbar and with frame construction. The trolleys can be equipped with a soil preparation unit with 9 m working width of the hose (the unit requires the trolley to be prepared for the applicators).

Tank:
- galvanised tank on both sides
- tank passivation to protect fresh galvanised steel against slurry
- rear opening ø700 mm - lid on hinge
- tubular filling indicator with sight glass
- drain connection with 1 ½ valve - at the lowest point of the tank
- 4 ̎ sight glass on the lower rear part
- top opening ø350 mm

Construction of the tank wagon: self-supporting or frame
- Self-supporting - drawbar mounted on reinforced supports under the tank, galvanized.
- FRAME - tank mounted on a frame made of closed sections
- removable towing hook - bolted ø50 mm
- mechanically adjustable support leg

- dual pneumatic braking system with 4-stage brake force control

- compressor 540 rpm or 1000 rpm - on request
- reinforced heat-resistant hoses connecting the assemblies
- overflow protection with two ball valves, inspection glass on top of the tank and a siphon
- manovacuometer with two safety valves: positive pressure up to 0,05 MPa and vacuum up to -0,05 MPa
- oil separator - wet air filter, silencer silences the compressor
- suction nozzles 6 ̎ ø150 mm
- main drain outlet in the rear hatch cover 6 ̎ - with hydraulic gate
- on the front left and right - blind, prepared for the assembly of the manual valve
- one blind stub on the rear side, prepared for the assembly of the manual gate valve
- 12 V electrical installation and lighting
- hose 6 ̎ (ø150 mm)
- transport handles for the suction hose
- hose with suction basket - protects against suction of large items
- length of suction hose - 6 m.

Bottling device:
- spoon casting with profiled pattern POMOT 94, casting width up to 14 m
- approval certificate to allow registration and driving on public roads
