Front scooper and pick-up: The front scooper, located at the bottom of the machine, picks up the fibrous material that is stacked on the tidy. The feed is shredded by the bagging unit before it enters the conveyor.

Scarifying rotor system: the scarifier is equipped with a powerful rotor and sharp knives to ensure a fine and even cut. The material is quickly and efficiently conveyed to the conveyor.
Cutting length: adjustable between 3-6 cm, depending on the type of feed.

Material transport:
Chain conveyor system: the feed is conveyed from the scalper to the conveyor chamber inside the machine by a chain system. The material is fed into the silo by a conveyor system which feeds the feed into the silo area. The system ensures a smooth flow of material.

Rear unloading:
Cylinders: The cylinders at the rear of the machine help to unload the feed evenly into the silo area. The rollers help to make loading quick and efficient.
