Sorpac FW 01/10k (25 bags/p / 3-10 kg) - packaging of fruit and vegetables in foil bags

The SORPAC automatic packaging machines are used for raschel net packaging of various vegetables such as potatoes, onions, carrots, cucumbers, beetroot, etc. The pre-measured quantity of produce is transferred from the hopper to the raschel bag. From the double raschel mesh stored in the roll, the machine welds the raschel bag to the desired size and set weight. The bag is automatically closed by the closing seam of the packaging machine. The filled and sealed bag is then released from the machine by the delivery belt. The machines can be equipped with label dispenser, filling thread control sensor, vibrating hopper, vibrating bag discharge conveyor. Mobile design (4 conveyor wheels on the frame). Main optional equipment: stainless steel finish, label dispenser, suction fan, filling control sensor, vibrating belt, vibrating filling spout.
