Description
Tractor-mounted carrot digger adapter, which is suitable for several purposes. It cuts 40 cm deep and 30 cm wide under the plant to be lifted and lifts it by the design of the cutting edge. In the case of carrots, the carrots 'pop' out of the ground. Can be fitted immediately on Zetor tractors 5611-6245 and similar models. Its lifting (adjustment of transport position and working depth) is hydraulically controlled, while the force required to push it is provided by a bearing-mounted adapter mounted on the end of the half-shaft from the centre of the rear wheel. Its working depth is controlled by a front idler wheel, which also "steers" the adapter, so that although it is loaded on one side of the tractor, it is a completely neutral directional tracker and therefore does not affect the steering of the tractor. Even with the steering wheel released, it maintains direction. It does not cause any damage to the crop. It cuts the roots at the set depth and can be collected from the loose soil without any additional tools or force. I don't recommend it for roughly stony soil, but it does a wonderful and very quick job in deep layers of normal soil. It can be used for the most difficult jobs.
