What do you need to know about the AVR GE-Force HD tiller?

Perfect preparation for a successful harvest. A good start is the perfect foundation for a great result. Good soil preparation results in optimal growing conditions and a high quality product. In short, your investment in AVR GE-Force pays off by maximising your profit. GE-Force is also available as a hydraulic folding tiller. With a working width of up to 6 metres, large areas can be worked in one pass.

Robust drive chain
The GE-Force is equipped with a simple mono drive unit that transfers the incoming torque directly to the side drive. The standard drive can be operated up to 250 hp, with an optional 380 hp drive available. A gearbox is also available for extremely precise adjustment of the knife rotor speed. As the speed can only be reduced by side drive, the forces acting on the intermediate shafts and bearings are limited and lead to much less wear on the components.

Main features of the PERFECT Terra Ranger:
- Spring-mounted anti-vibration guard, even on bound soil, no more soil adhering to the inside of the sheet metal wall.
- The GE-Force ridge breaker offers a choice between a straight, steep ridge breaker plate and a wide, sloping ridge breaker plate.
- In order to quickly convert the GE-Force backhoe into a full-surface field cultivator, a heavy-duty mounting tine assembly is available for mounting on the rotor to achieve full working width.
- For extremely stony soils, the GE-Force can also be fitted with a very stable spiked rotor.
- The rotor is also available with 6 tines instead of 4; for the same crumb structure of the soil, the rotor is available with a lower speed. Power and fuel requirements are significantly reduced. 33% saving!
