Can be used immediately after ploughing or undercutting. This type of machine guarantees the best growing conditions for vegetable crops. The working depth is 21 cm and the ridges are made of freshly tilled soil. After dismantling the shaping shaft and dismantling the parts of the clamps with knives, it can be used for row cultivation of potatoes. It is worth noting that not only the knives can be removed, but also the complete clamps, so that the soil can be worked to a depth of up to 30 cm. The main component of the cutter is the rotor, i.e. the main shaft, to which clamps with working knives are attached. The diameter of the rotor is approximately 70 cm and the length of the blades is 355 mm. The main shaft is driven by a chain drive (1 and 3/4 inch chain) operating in an oil bath. A corner drive is used to drive the cutter. This is an original gearbox from the Italian Comer company, selected with a power reserve sufficient to ensure trouble-free operation. The machine is equipped with a power take-off shaft with overload clutch. The frame structure is very robust. The cutter is equipped with hinged tabs for cleaning and checking the condition of the working teeth. Two adjustable support wheels with scales are mounted in the front to determine the working depth. Behind the rotor there are profiles which initially form ridges or troughs.

The second part of the machine is the ridge roller, which compacts and presses the soil to form ridges. It has eight shaping plates that can be moved freely to achieve the desired working distance and ridge width. The shaft is hydraulically driven. It is connected to the cutter by means of cutting bars, which allow to compensate for the unevenness of the track.
