Description
The DBF automatic double box filler is a unique solution for gentle and even filling of containers. Designed to respect the product, the can filler is equipped with hydraulically adjustable heads and sensors that ensure minimal drop-out during the entire filling process.

The filling technology ensures that the drop height is kept to a minimum at all times. The product is placed on a movable conveyor belt that gently lowers it into the box; the conveyor belt is automatically raised when the crop is detected by the light sensor. The Double Bon Filler DBF has a capacity of 40-50 cans/hour. The filling of the boxes is all about product-friendliness and capacity. The boxes are partially filled in layers by nodding the filling belt and shifting it in the bin. The DBF box filler offers a range of storage solutions to meet the specific needs of each packing house.
