Description
Sorpac MW-1122 (11 cells, max 14 t/h, 1-25 kg) cell scale. The SORPAC automatic cellular scale carries out precise and gentle weighing of potatoes, onions, carrots and other vegetables. The crop is transferred from the filling belt to the measuring cups equipped with oil-stabilized measuring sensors by a vibrating channel. The computer optimizes the preselected filling weight from the individually measured product in the measuring cup. The scale dispenses the amount per bag measured in this way from the measuring cups - in both directions - onto the conveyor cross belt. The cross belt transfers the measured portions to the packaging unit (for example: SORPACK RN01, RF900, RF100). The scale is easy to program. The cell scale can be connected to two packaging machines at the same time, and it also controls them. The elements in contact with the product are made of acid-resistant steel. The scale comes with a frame and service platform. Main optional accessories: ribbed filler belts, INOX design. ATTENTION: The prices are net, without VAT, at the customer's location!
