Sorpac MW-413 (4 cells, max 6 t/h, 1-25 kg)

The SORPAC automatic cell weighing machine weighs potatoes, onions, carrots and other vegetables accurately and gently. The crop is transferred from the filling conveyor by a vibrating channel to the weighing cups with oil-stabilized weighing sensors. The computer optimises the pre-selected filling weight from the individually weighed crop in the weighing cups. The weigher then feeds the measured, preset weight per bag from the weighing cups - in both directions - to the conveyor cross belt. The cross conveyor transmits the weighed portions to the packing unit (e.g. SORPACK RN01, RF900, RF100). The scale is easily programmable. The cellular scale can be connected to two packaging machines at the same time and controls them. The elements in contact with the product are made of acid-resistant steel. The scale is supplied with a frame and a service platform. Main optional accessories: ribbed filling belts INOX finish.
