Sorpac RF-900 (10.0 t/h / 2-25 kg):
- packaging of fruits and vegetables in raschel mesh
+ 2-thread sewing machine Yao-Han

The SORPAC automatic packing machines are designed for raschel net packing of various vegetables such as potatoes, onions, carrots, cucumbers, beets, etc. The pre-measured quantity of the crop is transferred from the hopper to the raschel bag. From the double raschel mesh stored in the roll, the machine welds the raschel bag to the desired size and set weight. The bag is automatically closed by a sewing machine with lock stitching. The filled and sealed bag is then released from the machine by the delivery belt. The machines can be equipped with a label dispenser, filling thread control sensor, vibrating hopper and vibrating bag discharge conveyor. Mobile design (4 conveyor wheels on the frame). Main optional equipment: stainless steel finish, label dispenser, suction fan, filling control sensor, vibrating belt, vibrating filling spout.
