LC SR80 root removal machine
The perfect solution for crawler or rubber-tyred tractors. The machine allows complete removal of roots and stumps in row planted crops. The knives on the machine cut the roots and then, with the help of oscillating rods and the rotor, the stump is removed, while the dirt is shaken off the roots, which are then deposited on the ground behind the machine. Simple and fast root removal with adjustable working depth. No need for stump grinding, which can also carry viruses. The stumps and roots can be recycled in this way, even as biomass feedstock. The machine leaves an even soil, so the soil structure is less damaged. Simple construction with few rotating and moving parts, minimising the possibility of resulting breakdowns.
