HUNGARY'S LATEST CROP CLEANING MACHINE!

The ALKOTÁS UT-60 crop cleaning machine is suitable for pre- and post-cleaning of cereals, pulses and oilseeds with a change of grates, proper angle of inclination and air adjustment. This high performance cleaning machine removes dirt and other foreign matter from the harvested crop, preventing any problems that may occur with the following machines in the production line (transport, drying, threshing, processing, storage). Such undesirable impurities are: stubble, clods and stalk residues, aspirates, dust, sap and other weed seeds, etc.

Total surface area of cleaning surfaces installed: 10,5 m²
Subdivided as follows:
Porrosta: 4,2 m²
Grit: 6,3 m²

The machines are capable of separating four fractions in one pass:
1. dust, juice
2. grain
3. crushed grain
4. carcass, stalk residue

Machine capacity in wheat: 60 t/h
Machine output in maize: 35-40 t/h
Machine output in sunflower: 15-20 t/h

The machine is suitable for:
- separation by specific weight of different grain crops
- removal of oversize material from grain crops (stones, clods, stalk residues, chaff, etc.)
- separation of undersized contaminants (dust, dross, debris, etc.) from grain crops by means of a grate and an air current.
