The crop cleaning equipment is recommended for grain drying and grinding plants, for pre-cleaning and post-cleaning tasks, depending on the equipment. In order to increase throughput, several crop cleaning units of the right size can be installed in parallel in the system.

Standard equipment:

The standard equipment includes 3 sets of sieves, the others can be ordered separately. Optional fibre sets:

➤ for cereal grate hole size: Ø2-Ø10-Ø12 mm, or Ø2-Ø8-Ø10 mm,
➤ for maize, sieve hole size: Ø3-Ø15 mm (middle sieve not required for model R20),
➤ for sunflower: mesh size Ø3-Ø14-Ø16 mm

Recommended equipment:

For pre-cleaning, top grate with motor brush and ball fibre set.
For after-cleaning, a set of balls with a motor-driven brush and a ball fibre set.
The price does not include the integration of the cleaning equipment into the technology, the design and construction of the scaffolding and service walkway.
