M-ROL H122 Suction Grinder - the farmers' favourite!

The biggest advantage of the M-ROL H122 suction grinder is that it frees us from the hard physical work of grinding crops - back-breaking bagging, shovelling! It's no coincidence that it's one of our most popular products with our farmers!

Inside the hammer system grinder is a directly driven fan unit, so by placing the suction head supplied as standard directly in the pile, you can feed the grain into the grinding chamber from 8 or 10 metres, depending on the model, through the flexible suction tube. No need to touch it!

The powerful hammers, which vary in number depending on the model, effectively break up the grains, which are released by the fibre surface running around the casing once the grain has reached the right size.

The M-ROL H122/5 - 7.5 kW and M-ROL H122 - 11 kW suction grinders are supplied with a 1.8" slotted sieve that simultaneously crushes and separates the grain:
1,6 - 1,8 - pig
2,0 - 2,2 - cattle
2,5 - poultry

The H122/1 15 kW, H122/2 18,5 kW; H122/3 22 kW models are already equipped with perforated sieve and separate feed unit. Size 4 is factory fitted in the grinder.

The available sizes are:
3 - 4 - pig
5 - 6 - cattle
8 - 10 - poultry

The fan unit takes care of transferring the finished meal through a three-metre flexible discharge pipe, so you can grind directly into M-ROL H037 vertical feed mixers, silos, other storage containers!

ATTENTION!

When loading with the M-ROL H122 Suction Grinder, the operating air must be discharged through openings with dust bags in the receiving area!

Retrofitting is also possible in top or side versions!

The machine is equipped with a 400 V, 4P swinging socket, motor protection by a thermal cut-out, motor protection switch; the machine is equipped with a star-delta switch for lower current consumption at start-up and gentle operation. Safe operation is ensured by the factory-fitted emergency stop button.

Standard equipment includes an ammeter, a strong magnet to filter out metal particles and a dust bag kit when used with the M-ROL H037 Vertical Feed Mixer.

ATTENTION!!!!

The M-ROL Suction Grinder, when used in combination with the M-ROL H037 Vertical Feed Mixer, should be sized proportionally.

(Our recommended configurations can be found on our website under BASIC-MEDIUM-PREMIUM feed preparation systems!)

It is not ideal to fill a relatively high capacity feed mixer with a low capacity suction grinder, because the pneumatic actuation causes the pressure in the mixing chamber to increase continuously and work against the grinder.

In order to make sure that farmers make the right decision, the available power is important information, but the distance between the machine and the electricity meter also has an influence! For exact power requirements, contact our technicians!

- M-ROL MEDIUM Semi-automatic feed preparation system:
M-ROL H037 Feed mixer (any type) + M-ROL H122 Suction doser (any type), M-ROL WG01/2 type, programmable digital weighing scale.

- PREMIUM automatic feed preparation system:
M-ROL H037 Feed mixer (any type) + M-ROL H122 Suction dehydrator (any type) + AR5D Automatic Router + M-ROL WG01/2 SPEC type, control balance + flexible suction pipes, suction heads in the desired quantity (max. 5 heads, each with max. 8 m pipe).

The only disadvantage of the suction grinders is that, due to the kinetic energy, their hourly output is lower than that of the high-performance, low-energy M-ROL RZ Gravity Grinders, which are also available in our range, or the conventional, protein-saving ZH122 grain grinder with two-cylinder system!
