Description
The grain cleaner has a 3-stage (sieve) mesh cleaner. The grain cleaner (calibrator) is used to clean and calibrate grains with a grain size of 0.8-20 mm, regardless of the grain's moisture content and contamination. The total cleaning surface of the screens is 2.45 m2. Grain caught on the sieve is removed with a special brush placed under the sieve. The UKS 1.4 Grain Cleaner set includes three rows of sieves, fans and cyclones for cleaning dust and small dirt. To adjust the movement speed (frequency) of the sieves, the grain cleaner is equipped with a frequency converter. This protects the purifier from over voltage or short circuit. The calibrator is equipped with 3 screens, the size and shape of which can be adjusted at the customer's request. In order to clean different grains (seeds), the sieve cells can be round or rectangular at the customer's request. You can also purchase additional sieves for this grain cleaner.
